engine overheats

Today when I was stopped at the traffic light I noticed that the air condition was very weak. When I started moving went back to normal. I thought I have a problem with the fan, which is the same with the engine fan. So when I am not moving the engine’s temperature goes up. I use the heating inside the car to bring the car temperature down. I will go to the dealer tomorrow for checking.
I know most of you have a diesel engine in comparison with my i6, but any help is appreciated. In my opinion is wither a fuse (F3 80A) or the fan motor or the relay behind the fan.

thanks oldgeezer,

the control module is the one sitting at an angle behind the fan?

I hope that will be fixed tomorrow since the abient temperature in Athens is 34°C, which makes it harder to keep the engine in normal temperatures.
