probably shoes corroded and liners detached, various thread on here about it. source new shoes from factor before stripping hub £30 ish, to avoid having to buy from your dealer at £100 At work |

About £12+ ish each from a main stealer. I didn't get an itemised invoice as did a 'deal' ![]() LR001172 is Part no. |

As were mine. One was a bit stiff but was nicely greased ont' inside so just needed a good clean with a wire brush and some brake cleaner to sort. ![]() Actually they (G.Salmon Wkfd) told me they broke more of the expanders getting them off, mine were ok but I'd got the new ones so put them on anyway. Oh well could have got the parts cheaper from non LR source but they were very helpful on the phone on several occasions, not just on this. ![]() |

Forgot to mention the pic of the OS one shows the worst one, but bizarrely this one wasn't causing the squeel & me to look to sort it, was the NS causing that. Go figure |

Tell me about it! I resorted to the dog & bone as I think I only found them on Rimmer Bros site but dearer than @ LR parts. If the fronts are anything to go buy they 'might' be the same as a Ford S-max,(or some other Ford) which from memory the front pads are, but I would have to bow to someone with a parts fische, or a better knowledge of the trade ![]() |
