Just had a call from my dealer asking me to book my car in asap due to a warranty recall regarding the steering.....
Anyone else heard of this recall ??

I believe that it's about Q116, the one about the airbag spring connector.
The work is on the steering column and this could lead to confusion.

That was the only thing I could find - the recall regarding the airbag. It's just had it's first service at the dealer - strange why they didn't look at it then ! Anyone else had this airbag recall ?

I own a 2010 GS. Just had 1st service and nothing mentioned.

My 2010 GS had it's 1st. service in April and and I was told that they had done 2 recalls, the drivers airbag and the gear linkage bolt which has been known to come loose.

Had air bag spring recall done on mine when it was in for it's first service. They just gave me paper work to sign when i picked it up.

Typical of my dealer then - I thought they should have done it when it was in for it's 1st service !! No courtesy car (not ready), didn't stamp my service book, shoddy wash !! I shall moan and try to get a freebie out of them maybe.....
