I am having troubles like that at present, we have 9 cats in the close.
have the PIR, relay and washer bottle pump, just needs assembling.

or I may just be clumsy filling the antifreeze Whistle

Now thats bloody funny, I havent laughed like that in ages. Before any one says its cruel, RUBBISH. If thats all the trouble a cat gets into in their life then there lucky.
Its a none leathal approach to help stop um Censored all over the place
