That's where I've noticed it. I mainly play music through my iPhone into the aux.

have you adjusted the AUX input level in the menu?

Npinks you are a diamond. That worked. I had it set to 11( may work for Spinal Tap?). Didn't realise the sub menu was there. Set it to 0 and all appears good. Could even handle all that the mighty Mogwai could throw at it.
