Make sure they investigate the cause to make sure it doesn't happen again, and not just replace it and send you on your way without and explanation. ______________________

My FL2 is 4 years young and is fitted with the old style pillar plastic thingy. It was a lovely groove in it from the safety belt - although after very careful inspection the belt is in A+ condition.

I've just had the drivers B pillar trim replaced under warranty as it was wearing the plastic in the usual place. My drivers side is now as EYorkshire's photo, but the passenger side is still the older style. Not sure if they changed the seatbelt at the same time, I think they have as it looks in very good condition. Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!

The drivers belt on my Sept 2010 car is showing the same type of wear which also appears to be at the point the belt runs over my shoulder. I am 5'10" and have the seat set at 2 lifts on the manual height adjuster and a distance that gives a slightly bent arm driving position.
