Rear Bumper Chrome Treadplate

Hi,

Anyone know how to fit a Rear Bumper Chrome Treadplate to replace the plastic one on my FL2?, seen one on ebay and like the look of it,

Got one on mine it just sticks on with glue and sticky pads. About a 10 minute job. Thumbs Up 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Just pull out the whole plastic pce & stick the chrome plate onto it.

Hi Mally, Where did you find the treadplate as not been able to locate it on ebay ?? any help. TD4 HSE Auto

Hi crisebabes, the treadplate i saw on ebay was a private sale but i was outbid, it sold for £114.00, i did find someone else selling them for £130.00 but that sale has now ended so i'm still looking too, i googled the treadplat and found land rover dealers selling them for around £250.00 but that sounds way expensive, sorry i could not help more, please let me know if you find a good deal anywhere Smile

In any case the "metal" treadplate seems a more practical enhancement that saves paintwork scrapes Thumbs Up 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
