Freelander 2 Xenon Headlight

For Sale - UK RHD Xenon headlight, nearside. As new, unmarked condition. Complete with all bulbs, etc; fully working.

2011 Freelander 2 SD4 SE Auto Sumatra Black

Anybody know if you can change from normal headlight to xenon without any additional wiring etc. is it just a case of headlight unit?

Yes, you can do a straight swap, however,

1. Should have powerwash for headlamps.
2. Should have auto levelling.
3. Should have your ECU enabled for Xenons.

Most people get away with just having the powerwash. In theory you could be pick up when having a MOT Test for the auto levelling, but I've yet to hear it happen. ECU enabled can be done cheaply via 10forcash, a 2 min job, not essential.

It should be labelled LHD = nearside.

Think he means a RHD vehicle and it's the nearside light.

LHD does not mean nearside
