Took delivery of my Freelander 2 a month or so ago and since owning it i have felt the stop/start system to be erratic.

My car is a couple of months old and stop / start has been working faultlessly. So far.

New FL2 last June, 75 miles on the clock after a day on the road and I had cause to call out LR assist who arrived in the guise of the AA. Performed a battery check only to find the + terminal completely loose on the peg! |
