Hi McP is that were they have the motor museum that has the tiny car that featured in the kids TV program? Brum I think it was called.... came to life at night when everyone had gone home. Worth if trip if it is still there - as you say lovely village if a little busy!! Hopefully the sun will be out and you can watch the trout in the stream running through the village.... There's always a way forward! 2008 Freelander Td4 GS - Stornoway Grey - Now Gone - Sob 2011 Freelander Td4 GS 150 - Rimini Red - in its place - Better x far x 4!! |

Have pencilled in Sunday to go down with Mrs Toeknee, enjoyed it the last couple of years (Thanks to McP for the tickets last year) and if the weathers right will be a cracking day, plenty to see and enough stalls to keep the Mrs happy and usually different foods to try. I think you can even try your hand at the different styles of shooting including muskets as well as clay shooting (might give that a miss )

Quick question back on thread... is the show any good? I also got a free family pass and might take the family, 2 boys, 8&5. Will they like it? Do you get access to the grounds and play area? Any feedback will be really appreciated.

There's a small aircraft museum nearby. Stream running through the village = think that's Bourton on the water which is just a short drive away and a definate visit |

Yes Bourton on the Water is the home of "Brum" But Bourton gets very busy during the summer with many many visitors from across The Pond. http://www.csmaclubretreats.co.uk/museum/index.php |
