never looked on the Freely but I would hazard a guess there is a little access panel in the wheel arch behind the bumper where you can get to it... I'd be supprised if there aint! You need to lever out the Fog Lamp Surround by placing a flat blade screwdriver at the top of the light and the surround, the fog lamp is retained then by four screws.

use a over due credit card to pry open the cover from the side, then undo the retaining screws of the fog lamp. |
