Lowlander might be a better name for urban owners 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

errrrr what? It wouldn't be a new model then would it!? Perhaps the urban version, probably with 2-wheel drive only, could be a NoLander! Life is not a dress rehearsal! |

As most of the current range's (including the Evoque) development was paid for by Ford, while sharing a lot of components, engines and even platforms with Ford, I'm not sure how a stand alone manufacturer could justify the development costs for a replacement car. Especially when the production volumes on the current Freelander 2 have only been 250,000 in the first 4 years.
