Got my FL1 from there. Thankfully good service from Stratstone Nottingham when buying the FL2  LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
LOT (Lord of Time) - University of Gallifrey

I will add Gordan Lamb at Chesterfield total SH*T

All LR dealers and I do mean all LR dealers, can give excellent service to one customer and really crappy service to another. None have any consistencey and I defy anyone say differently.

Must be something to do with Hunters... Hunters Norwich get a big fat zero from me...

Hammonds of Halesworth on the otherhand have so far impressed me.

I live in North East Scotland. Can anyone recommend a dealer I should use? Realistically, the choices are Frank Ogg in Elgin, Town & county in Aberdeen and Macrae & Dick in Inverness. Thanks

Never had any real problems with Town & County, slight missunderstanding with one service but have bought
2 x FL2's, 1 x D3 and 1 x D4 off them and would happily use them again.

Can't vouch for the others as I've never used them. If it's for service then speak to Vikki, or sales speak to Kevin or Mike  ______________________

I've heard people slag off all 3 in honesty. It's the usual monopoly they have in remote regions. Should try Stratstones at Cupar, they are getting rav reviews. That said, ALL the dealers I've met suffer from over inflated values of self worth and I've met a lot! I've seen reviews on here and some people swear by certain dealers, whereas I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I suppose we all go on our experiences.

GSMY11 Give mike ewan at ewans of cornhill a bell. always had a great service from them. also nearly £200 cheaper than town and county for 2nd service

Hunters are owned by a large company called Inchcape which have franchises for most makes of cars. They are very corporate in their approach but as commented before experiences vary.

I have had very poor sales and service support from Hunters Guildford, and we have just bought our FL 2 from Hunters Southampton where we were satisfied with our treatment. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury Corris Grey

Stratsone Cardiff and Stratstone Newport. Ok Stratstone Cardiff as I have sent various different models of LR there for warranty work and they normally come back with either another problem or the original not properly fixed meaning another trip. Stratstone Newport as I sent a Defender for a service a few years ago and it came back without ANY coolant in it, would could gave caused severe engine damage.

I can't see how a thread with people naming random LR dealers helps anyone if there is no story behind the reason

I could say ABC LR in south townville just because I got a extra £1 off at 123 LR dealership up the road

Benefits nobody IMO  Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
