Maybe its just me, but I have trouble using the search function. It does not seem to matter what I type in the search it just seems to give random replies. Any help would be welcome

Try searching through google, type in the google search box "freel2 radiator" for example it seems to work better for me that way.

I found the same problems but then tried using combination words in the following manner and it worked a lot better. eg: Radiator +hose rather than radiator hose. I still dislike how the "Back" button (after doing a search) returns me to the blank Search page again rather than back to the previous search results (ie: I have to start over again). Any tips on that one?

I did a search earlier this afternoon and just put a + infront of all terms (words) other than the first

e.g. wing +mirror +light

and the search worked perfectly - came up with great results.

That's the way to use it.

I find if I want to do a search about 'caravans', 'tow hitches' etc, I just enter CG in the box, works every time for me, great search results

If using Google, don't forget that you have the "advanced search" option (very small type but is located to the right-hand side of the search text box).

Clicking on this will bring up the option to search for exact words or phrases and if you put this "http://www.freel2.com/forum/" in the last box (Search within a site or domain) it will search for your chosen words throughout the entire Freel2.com Forum database and not waste your time with spurious results from other sites!
