Getting into the roof lining to sort that rattle!

I've got a really bloody annoying rattle coming from the sunroof area. Mad It's driving me insane.
After much faffing about I've decided it's eminating for inside the roof lining.

I did a search or two on here and have found that some clips may need pushing into place. I also learned about the recall for the sunroof job in (2007 or 2008?) but contacted my dealer, and mine has been done.

Any tips how to get in? I don't fancy the dealers mucky fingers all over that pale grey interior. And from past experience...I doubt they will be able to fix it anyway!

I have a sunroof and I've saw that some rattle could come from the retractable fabric sunblinds.
Retract or extend the blinds and see if happens again.

Thanks Alex,

I've tried having sunroof cover in all positions...I've even held it rigid whilst moving, still rattles...it even rattles whilst sunroof itself retracted!

Whilst I thought (and hoped) the sunroof cover was the most obvious and easy cause, I'm pretty sure it's not that!

Thanks Landy, but I'm hoping for a better fix than that!

I have had the headling out too, but there was no obvious fix! And very tricky to remove, even with the correct interior trim removal tools

Don't think it's a prawn cracker mate, neither of us eat them!

Could be a quaver, but hard to think how it got behind the sunroof Whistle

So, the general idea as that it's a difficult job needing special tools to get in????
