DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF AN ACCESS PANNEL ON THE BULKHEAD TO GAIN EXTRA ROOM TO SERVICE EGR VALVE Question

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE THE EGR/COOLER IS LOCATED ON A 2011MY FREELANDER TD4 Question

the reason i ask car went into dealer monday for what i was told is a 1/2 day job dealer phoned tues to say car wont be ready as late starting it phoned to day saying bolt has snapped in egr cooler when taking off now having to go through bulkhead to gain access I JUST FEEL THAT SOMTHING HAS GONE WRONG AND ARE FOBBING ME OFF Big Cry Big Cry rainy-city
