Excellent news - so our wonderful legal profession sailed to the rescue (NOT)

As a near neighbour I was just going to make up a bed - but I'll tell SWMBO not to bother.

Nice one Thumbs Up
They say the two most personal distressing things in life are 'Funerals' and 'House buying/selling'. Don't ever do it again.

United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Auto Santorini Black

Cheers guys... it's a bit of a relief. Shame an exciting event has turned into a lesser one but we are now the owners. Very Happy

Interestingly, the original sale was to include everything, the whole place being fully furnished. That also included a 110 '97 Defender - that bit was difficult to ignore Rolling Eyes Trouble was it literally was EVERYTHING (the photo in the garage was about a third of the original total) - glad we said no! Tried to work out how to have just the Landrover but thought it would get too complicated.... if only I'd known Rolling Eyes

Anyway... thanks for the support.... helped a lot. Freelander 1 TD4 HSE - gone, 2 weeks after the Cat.Converter!

I hope you kept the nice shelving and the good steel cupboard for all your 'Car detailing' paraphernalia Laughing
With a dream garage that size I'm sure the house is fabulous - Glad it's sorted Thumbs Up
