Evoque On Back Of AA LowLoader!!

Driving back from North Yorkshire down the A1/A1/M yesterday & not too far South of Leeds I passed an AA lowloader & driving past it the vehicle was covered up in a yellowish cover which is what drew my attention to it & noticed the alloys & thought they looked like what I had seen on the internet of the Evoque Dynamic wheels & on closer inspection I saw the Range Rover black & silver centre caps.

Question is:- Was the AA simply delivering it somewhere undercover on Landrover's behalf or did it break down & was covered up to avoid embarrassment Question (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
(Past) RR Evoque Dynamic Lux Si4 In Firenze Red.
(Past) RR Evouque Pure Tech in Barollo Black with bespoke Firenze Red colour coding.
(Present) Freelander Metropolis 2015 MY In Santorini Black with Ivory Premium Leather.

Neither - it was an AA test in field recovery for when LR have delivered the nnnn thousands of Evoke's on back order and some, as they will with any new car, have teething problems that bring them to a halt at the side of the road. Keep your eyes peeled for other recovery organizations doing similar field trials. Wink

Saw my first broken Evoque yesterday.
Passed me on the motorway (M56 east bound J13) - doing over 70mph Very Happy

Looked like someone had run into the rear, as the rear near side needed a new bumper, quater panel, lights etc.

Hopefully a demonstrator rather than someones new pride and joy - wonder what the delivery is like for new body panels? Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

Can't see it being anyone's new pride & joy yet as they havn't been launched yet but some poor unsuspecting sole will probably end up with that once it has come out of the bodyshop! (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
