LR Switzerland have now made official what they want for the new Evoke. Prices listed below are for the BASIC model/trim in each of the 3 engine formats based on today's FX rate.

I won't list the cost of the "extras" to make them posh as that is just too much detail to go into, but the base costs may be of interest to some of you for comparison to the UK price. How do they compare?

TD4 CHF52,880 (GBP40,370)
SD4 CHF56,500 (GBP43,199)
Si4 CHF59,500 (GBP45,501)

Note: Swiss prices are not "on-the-road". In addition to the above you will have to pay a local Kantone road tax for the engine size, the registration plate, the car's unique identity card, and the cost of first registering the vehicle with the local Traffic Office.

To give you an indication of those costs for the TD4 manual in our Kantone you will need approximately another GBP566 to get your hands behind the wheel on the road legally.
