Vredestein Snowtrac 2

I have done some reading on the net and I hear good reviews aplenty for the Snowtrac 2. It is a good wet weather tyre rather than just snow and very cold weather.

Does anyone know how this compares to the Wintrac 4 Extreme and is it a tyre that would prove a waste of money in the UK? LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

Didn't know that you could still get these. Snowtrac 3 have been available for some time. I have the VS3 on my Alfa in the winter. Very good in cold and snow.

...and at £115 fitted cheaper than many summer tyres (see link in the Doctor's poll thread).

I would be very happy with these all year round in the UK. They are pretty good in greasy mud, when driving across fields, too. Trevor
