Her Ladyship steadfastly refuses to drive at all in the UK. I keep telling her it's alright - that's the proper side of the road to drive on, but she's having none of it. So Dover to N. Scotland and back via Snowdonia, Merseyside, Lake District and Derbyshire is all down to me.

Therefore I am going to accept Danielle's proposal and just park her Ladyship's FL2 in Halewood's QA bay, and then they can sort out all the irritating problems that the official Swiss LR dealership workshop's personnel simply cannot or will not. It's booked in for its 2nd year service on October 3 - will they fix the engine oil leak, will the rear diff fail or the driver's side rear wheel fall off on our way to Blighty - who knows, and will the AFS fail yet again and again and again
