The only loan car I've had was the ed4. It was a show room car but can't shift them so used it as a loan car. Was a bit more nippy around town but did notice lack of 4wd. Not for me. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200 |

I don't get this thing about thrashing and otherwise abusing loan cars If a dealer shows trust in me to take one of their vehicles and use it for the day (and not even charge me for the privilege), I'll do them the courtesy of driving it as if it belonged to a friend.

The last one that I saw, at Roger Young's in Saltash, had a windscreen sticker showing around £2000 off. Have they flopped? |

No, they've been used as courtesy cars and the dealer knows they've been thrashed.
