Noise at about 70kph

I've noticed a noise - sounds like a blowing kind of resonance - at about 70kph when on part-throttle. TD4, ~25000kms. What do you think? Exhaust?

Would it be at 2000 rpm, the resonance louder under load, no vibration, more noticeable in 5th (in Drive)/2000 rpm and 60 mph, just noise that passes at 2100rpm?
