I got a Meguires DA and used it once on my wife's old car before we traded it in. They do work very well but you need to learn the correct technique. If you go to http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/ they have guides on there, also they are a friendly bunch, just like here, so if you need advice there will be plenty available. Andyfr |

Hi i have a meguires G220 DA, when i brought it i had never used a machine polisher before. I am very happy with the results, Take a look at the photos in my gallery to see what can be done |

I use a Porter Cable 7424xp and love it. Really safe to use, and with the right compounds/pads, does a phenomenal job.

You won't do any damage using a DA polisher. The worst that will happen is that your arms drop off after a single panel as it does take a lot of time and effort to do a good job.

I have a megs DA, they do do a good job, but doing it correctly take time it's not a quick fix
