Remember that at idle the oil pressure/flow is quite low and the efficiency of this cool-down is greatelly reduced.
Performance/race car's experts say that you need a high idle (but not too high in order to not rise the exhaust gases too much) for an efficient cooling.
But in the end 10% of something is still good then 100% of nothing... Laughing Thumbs Up
