his thoughts exactly when you turned up with an RS, I remember his posts on the seat forum about his neighbours terrible choice in cars, my advice..... plant a big f'off leylandi hedge, oh and sneak across one night and take the wheels off his dustbin At work

A good plan, with one flaw; I took out a 520d touring for a test drive before I tried the Freelander and I was amazed to find it averaged 32mpg against a claimed 55.4mpg. I guess it's a case of being very clever at building a car to perform brilliantly under the conditions of the formal test and little else! Last edited by Tigger on 26th Jun 2011 8:44 am.
