Both need to be reset, if you have an owners manual look under 'Windows and Mirrors'. If not then do the same after following this link for the online manual.

I presume you have checked any fuses?

You could check out fuse F10 in the 'Passenger side Fusebox' |

When I got ours back from the menders, I found signs that the battery had gone flat whilst it was in having it's work done. Seat memories gone, window auto up not working etc. And the sunroof was dead. Tried the 20 second hold, but nothing. Then I read somewhere else on here about disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes. Sunroof now working fine. |
