Fortunately for me I am studying for a law degree at Derby Uni at the moment. Just coming to the end of my second of 4 years (part time evening mode) and I have learnt a fair bit about the legislation and how to draft legal letters. That said, being a student my knowledge is limited so anything more complex I can utilise the text books in the library and the knowledge of the tutors - some are still barristers taking the odd case here and there.

I do find all this sale of goods stuff interesting but one of my fave subjects has been human rights. So much more to it than the papers suggest. Only enforceable against public authorities and claims can be defeated by clear unambiguous legislation.  LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
