SATNAV help please

Just collected my Freelander 2 with the retro fitted Garman 1490 and I can't turn it off. ther idiots who fitted it put a blanking plate right over the sides which is where the3 off switch is. So its back to the dealers to get it sorted. I am not very happy when I was charge £583 for a sat Nav from Halfords costing £152

As far as I knew, the Garmin fit was ignition switched? Couldn't swear to it though, but it would make sense if you can't get to the on/off button. Rolling Eyes

Methinks they've cocked-up mate. We Don't Care About Pot Holes !!

Not right if it's 12v battery. Should be ign or acc feed. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
