Funnily enough I was originally after the black limited edition SD4 Sport but when I saw it changed my mind because everything was black with no contrasting parts so didn't really look anything different to the reg. SD4.

I know what you mean. Mine is black with black interior - but i was in a hurry for it so took one that was already on dealer order. I was concerned it would be too dark - but I am V.happy with it.

I'm hoping I'm going to be as lucky with the Freelander as I have been with the 3 disco 3's I had e.g. no problems.

npinks Did you get round to fitting colour coded headlamp washer covers? I managed to order a pair of Stornoway Grey washer covers on the assumption that they would just fit over the black washer unit (a bit like the colour coded upper mirror caps that I have) but after getting them it seems that they don't - they either replace the black unit or I need a different black inner unit for the cover to clip onto (like the two piece door handles I have where the inner black handles replace the one piece larger original ones). I'm beginning to think I need more parts than just the covers I've got but not yet attempted to remove the washers from the bumper. For info: Part No.'s for the Stornoway Grey covers: LR022138 & LR022151 (£15 + VAT) Thanks in advance for for any advice! |
