2011 SD4 with 3000mls.
Had not started car for about 24 hours, fob in, button pushed, short delay, display "system check" all as normal but when in tank lift pump primed it was very noisy, switched off and tried again, noisy for a few seconds and the OK.
Plenty of fuel in tank and gauge showed well above 1/4, gauge OK as I did 50 miles before I filled with 48 litres. All FL2's (3) Gone
