Terrible, saw it on the ITV news, but how on earth one Brit woman, apparently trapped managed to phone ITV up to say she was trapped is beyond me. I know they wouldn't be my first choice of people to phone, nor would I have the savvy to get the number. You speculate on why she did that.

It was Ann Voss who phoned a local TV station whilst trapped, I think her call was broadcast on tthe BBC. Very pleased to say the BBC lunchtime news here have just shown footage of her being rescued.
