Besides the picture on the document above, where tells you where the bleed screw is and the need of its unscrewing by two turns, look at the picture below. The bleed screw is position 9.

Anyway, the maintenance sheet says every 3 years.
FL2 uses DOT4 brake fluid. See more info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DOT_4
As long as the system is closed, and there is no contact with the (wet) atmosphere, there is no concern.
When a brake fluid become contaminated with water, its color turns to a slight brown.
Otherwise, if its color is honey yellow, then there is no concern.
