Mine is a 2010 model purchased Dec 2009 - no tray just bolted down as shown. When the wife went to Farnells Guisley last Saturday afternoon to ask a sales guy how it went at first he said no problems - then had no idea - had to get one of their demo vehicles open it up and see how it was fitted in that Laughing Cheers

Guess I will go home tonight and check what is under my spare now, if no carrier is supplied a lot more space will be my guess as the carrier itself took up more space than the tools it was holding. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Update, to save a few pence LR have replaced the Jack mounting polystyrene bit on mine for the new style, A bolt with a hooky handle to hold it to the floor and an elastic band to hold it from making a rattle and I have sub standard elastic as mine has broken already, I took the wheel brace off to check that it actually fitted the wheel nuts as I recall NP having an incorrect one supplied with his and the elastic band broke Rolling Eyes p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Oh dear, that's not good.

You can get a new elastic band from Land Rover.
Part Number: LR143444 and they are £15 each.

Perhaps check your warranty first Laughing

Good one AiiEEX!

My 57 had the same rubber band which also broke!
Have not yet checked my 10 version but suspect another band, hopefully uprated following LR customer satisfaction surveys...... Not!
Take care all
