The last time I bought a charger was in 1980 and I got change from a fiver!

Have just bought a CTEK Multi MXS 7.0 from eBay and it is the dog's danglies! Also, got the cigar lighter connector lead so I can now plug it into the rear socket with no hassle - so am very impressed with CTEK.

any car should be fine left alone, if it needs frequent charging then I suggest a new battery is bought rather than a new charger At work

We often use an ARB fridge freezer hence buying the charger to ensure the battery is fully charged.
