Just to chime in - I also bought a set of discs from this seller and mine arrived in perfect condition - all 3 discs in a sealed case.

Installed in the Freelander and all good.

Were the ones you received still sealed? If so, in fairness to the seller, he may not have known that the contents weren't complete.

Am sure you'll get it resolved in any case.

I also just bought a set from the same seller on eBay; all three discs arrived in a shrink wrapped package and it certainly looks legitimate. Mind you, I've not had the chance to try them yet!

i always use paypal on ebay, as they give the buyer more rights than the seller

though be carfull, If you sent a paypal GIFT payment you don't get any cover  Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Finally got round to trying my new discs and they work perfectly. It took about 10 minutes to update the software when I put the new disc in and then it was all good to go.
Sounds like asinrute, unfortunately, was unlucky.

If anyone is interested, Stratstone Cheltenham are selling 2010 updates for discs on eBay at the moment. Previous owner of;

It is bad when they are selling them at £30 or make an offer and a LR dealer in East Anglia is selling the same discs at £139  p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
