Why can't things be straight forward

Spent a quite while looking at TV stands today

Found a few sites listing a stand for the 37" TV I'm ordering

Measured the area, made sure it fitted and then begun the search for the best price

Bearing in mind the site I found said suitable upto 40" the site I found its best price at listed as max size 32" Evil or Very Mad

So I looked further, some say 32, others 37 max size on manufactures website is 32"

Yipee

The stand will fit the TV, spoken to the manufactuers and they recommend the 32" for pleasing the eye, but it can take a TV up to 40Kg if needed, aslong as it has the right screw patern on the back

Needed the base of the stand to be smaller so it didn't impose on the room, thought £179.99 was reasonable for the stand, thought the £99.99 i paid by searching even better

So stand and the new Panasonic 37" G20 have been ordered today Very Happy Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

If it's wooden stand you are after, why not look at getting one made to measure? We had oak furniture made and it didn't cost too much more than one off the shelf (no pun intended!).
Try www.furnitureworkshopsdirect.co.uk. I know it's in Southport, but it might give you an idea of prices, and they deliver.

i thought about a bespoke piece been made, thanks for the link, Thumbs Up though hopefully when stand and TV meet for the first time, the mating will be whats expected and they will fit seamlessly

I hope so anyway, as i used the pictures and dimesions provided and calculated its know dimensions to the photos to supperimpose the TV on the the picture so it was all correctly sized aspect and ratio, Thanks to my school IT teacher and maths teacher Laughing Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
