Placed my order back in November for a delivery in April but obviously that is because i joined the back of the queue rather than it taking 6 months to build but was wondering if anyone has an idea of how long it takes to build?

Is my Bali Blue still a piece of paper or are there bits on the production line yet? Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black
Gone - 2014 BMW X3 M Sport Space Grey, faultless!
Gone - 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Bali Blue with xenons
Gone - 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Rimini Red with bodykit

A car will be hours on the production line so sorry, it's still paper. Don't put petrol in a diesel. They don't run well.

if it gives you any comfort i ordered mine from the lease company in Nov and got a April date but that has now come forward a couple of times and is now due to turn up Friday 21/01. maybe cause I took a fairly standard XS manual

I ordered on 30th Dec and I was given an expected date of 27th Feb to the dealer so delivery to us a few days later... so we are hoping for March 1st.

They did modify a car they had in the system already so I don't suppose this counts.
