I bought a new witter towbar off a retail seller on eBay for £85 delivered
It's a standard flange type with single elecs included. Delivered day after purchase

Found a mobile fitter (12 years experience) who covers the north west and north wales
He came to my home and fitted it and the wiring with bypass for £80 (£60 if you have a bypass relay in the kit)

Total pro took 60 minutes, didn't even need to take the bumper off to fit it
