We just drove up to Scotland from London for Xmas. The freelander ate up the motorway miles, wasn't tired after 8 hrs driving. Didn't need to fill up either one tank 500 miles. 2007 TD4 S Zermat Silver, maual, panoramic sunroof, rear headrest entertainment system, towbar for trailer. |

Make the journey to Scotland 2 or 3 times a year - Montrose, South Ayrshire and the Borders. As has previously been said the FL2 just eats up the miles. To old for mountain biking but salmon fishing on Tweed,N Esk and the Stincher does it for me.

Speaking as an Englishman living in Scotland I wouldn't mention that in too many pubs in Scotland |

It's called McEwans - get it right! Produced by a firm called William Youngers. There was a politician by the same name, he was a relative of the founder. |

Wakefield to Aviemore, 350 miles in just over 5 hours, 36 mpg and as fresh as a daisy, skiied 2 days then back in about the same amount of time. Overtaking ability is astonishing on the A9 in a fast lane with snow in, and also on the single carriageway A86.
