Oh what a night.

Sat night,deep snow, 2am.
emergency calll. "Any chance of picking 4 of us up as no taxis are running, been waiting 2i/2 hours".
No vehicles on the road other than Police discos.
Xmas revellers falling about all over the place, had to swerve to avoid one who had fallen into the road after trying to negotiate a roundabout on foot.
Could have made a small fortune for requests to take drunks home but dont like thwe thought of sick in my new car.
30 years ago in my series 1 I could have got the pressure washer out and hosed it down but not now.
Can see where the opportunity comes for sexual misdemeanours comes oubout.
Now I wish I had my old FL1 or my Series 1 Laughing Offset your Carbon emissions by boycotting Baked Beans and all Green Vegitables.

Better than expected but. if your on ice, no fancy gadgets will stop you sliding. Just use very carefull braking and acceleration.Planwhere you want to stop and allow for the slide factor.
Ego factor went through the roof.
Got a brill idea for very cheap exit from icy roads but got to put it into practice first. cost about a fiver and I think it will beat the pants off other devices costing ten and a hundred times more. Offset your Carbon emissions by boycotting Baked Beans and all Green Vegitables.

People want to go out on the batter, let em walk home. Self inflicted, no sympathy. Why put yourself and others at risk driving in crappy conditions? Having a LR doesnt make us driving experts nor are the vehicles invincible.
