Went to pick up Passengers from a concert at 11pm lst night. Venue at the MEN in Manchester was on a slight incline, I arrived 45 mins early and parked opposite in an entrance to a building site with room for 3 cars.
20 mins later a Range rover parked alongside.
15 min after that a Discovery joined us.
All of us were in line with lights on ready for forward departure.
We awatched as cars and taxis slid about opposite.
When my passengers arrived I got out to open doors for them and I only then got the full picture,
Freelander/Discovery/Range Rover all in line, all the same colour, all the same year lighting up the problems that others were facing. Pity I had no camera as it looked like a Public Relations excercise for Land Rover.
One of my passengers said it looked like a Landrover car showroom, very impressive.
Then we all drove off... what a boost to moral on a crappy evening. Offset your Carbon emissions by boycotting Baked Beans and all Green Vegitables.
