A quick search came up with these....maybe too pricey for you by the way you explained what you want but your car will still look great all throughout winter |

Buy a copy of Landrover Owner International mag, usually load of ads for wheel / tyre packages for off roading, snow etc.... Also quite a good read if you like Land Rovers. |

If you buy these alloys from South Devon, I have a set of 4 Goodyear Wranglers only done 3K miles, which you could put on them, I am in East Cornwall, so could deliver them to South Devon also! 1998 Feelander XDI Hardback - Gone

Mondeo LX 2001 till 2007 wheels are perfect fit. LX is only model with steels. They are 16" so if fittes with a 70 profile tyre will be same rolling radius. All FL2's (3) Gone

I'm in the same boat, looking for some 16" wheels so that I can put snow tyres on them and keep my 17" alloys in good condition. Would be more than happy with steel wheels or alloys, infact just lost out on ebay on 4 16" alloys |

Don't know if this helps but someone suggested to me that the steel spares supplied by Land Rover were not as strong as the alloys due to the fact that they are of a lighter construction than old fashion steel wheels. On mine there are copious stickers warning me not to exceed n mph or nn miles. I assume that this is not just the Hankook tyre that is on it??

On checking my earlier post I see that I have not made the price clear.

Does anyone know if these rims will fit my Freelander 2 and if so will I be able to fit 225/70/16 snow tyres on them?
