Dismantling front bumper of Freelander 2

Hello,

Following an incident with a shopping trolly in a car park, I need to remove the front bumper of my Free 2 S.

Would anyone happen to have the procedure for this... I removed the rear bumper a while ago which was bad enough: but I note that the front has grills and driving lights to contend with too, so are there any tricks of the trade?

Cheers,
Peter. A Land Rover is for life... or I thought so.

I asked this question some time ago and someone on hear posted the section of the workshop manual dealing with it.

From memoery I think it was 7 of 8 from the Isle of Man.

I did not get round to it because it entails removing the whole front end of the car including the headlights, grille etc.

Cheers,
