Abrasions on black plastic dash

I have been trying several products to remove abrasion marks on the top part of the black plastic dashboard, including "Armor All". Nothing has really worked so far... Big Cry Any magical product out there? I have been told that it is because these dashboards are now made from recycling material and they become quite
"sticky". The Freelander manual does not recommend using any product! Any thoughts on replacing the dash, I'm sure it could be quite expensive.

Thanks, I guess I'll be looking for a plastic repair person in the area, I'll check with the local Land Rover dealer here.

I ripped a small hole in the leather at the back of the passengers seat and I found someone local who does leather repairs but also does dash and console repairs, he showed me some pictures of work he had done on consoles where people had fitted a mobile phone kit and you couldn't see where the holes were so I would have a look through your local trade directory as there must be someone around there that does something similar, he uses a spectrometer type of device to get an exact colour match for spraying the finish.
