Rear Bumper Removal

I have bought an LR swan neck tow bar with fitting instructions (approx 1.5 hours) ..... ho ho ho Laughing

1.5 hours later I am still struggling with the rear bumper. Confused

Would anyone be able to give me a step by step rear bumper removal, and do I really have to remove the rear inner mud guards?

And once all the bolts and screws have been removed (which I think that I have done.. Does the bumper need to be physically pulled sideways out of its clips? I am frightened of breaking something.

Thanks.

Well, in the end I worked it out for myself.. This may be useful for someone else.

Behind the mud guard (that does not need to be removed, just pulled back, there are two screws. Once these two screws are removed the bumper can be slipped back.. Piece of cake; but you need to know that those two screws are there.

I would quite like to remove the front bumper too.. but that looks even more difficult: Any advice?
