tried an HTC desire last week and that was fully compatible in mine. |

I second that. I own a HTC desire and works perfectly. I think you shall be OK. It is an android as well, is it not? |

I have used my HD2 since the first day without any registry tweaks. After applying these nothing changed. Very satisfied except two glitches: 1. Can't send the mobile ring to the car bluetooth (Only uses the car rings) 2. Searches in the Address book by first 2 letters only (no matter how many you enter) |
