United Kingdom 2011 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Rimini Red
New 150 PS Freelander manual

Has anyone driven one yet? James / Jeremy?

Does it live up to the hype of less power / more frugal / more torque and performs better the the outgoing model???

Is the new engine better than the old or it is just the next generation to achieve the newer emmissions targets without it actually providing any improvement?

Anyone remember the move from carbureteur to fuel injection + catalyst cars from the 80's? They were bit gutless for a while. Just wondering if this is the same??? There's always a way forward!

Not had a chance to drive as yet but will certainly report back as soon as I/We have. We have a training session booked soon, however I am unsure if they will be bringing a TD4 or SD4.

James Thumbs Up
