Beware of half arsed experts giving you scientific chapter and verse, if its a good deal bang em on and save ya self a few quid, I've been using part worn tyres for 30 years |

30 years on a set of part warns, that's good going, I only last a year or 2 on brand new tyres |

Tyres are not a thing I put to chance, won't touch part worn tyres I will only fit new, I have seen what a tyre can do when it goes and it's not worth taking the risk imho. |

I see it as the same when you buy a second hand car. Usually you accept the tyres as OK as long as there is some life left in them. |

Not quite, the used ones from the local scrappy could have been removed from a write off vehicle where god nows what they have been through. |
