How to fit new side lenses Freelander 2

Anyone know how to replace the side lense covers on the Freelander 2?

Did mine last year, pretty sure they were dead easy.

From memory, just slide to one side against the spring and then pull towards you.

The manual says to change the bulb slide the lens forward and lift the rear edge. 2007 TD4 SE Manual Santrini Black

2008 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Sumatra Black

Thats exactly it - slide the lens towards the front of the car and prise the loose end away. May need a flat edge to get a good grip of it though. Its a bit fiddly but quite straightforward.
